We handle all the work. Once you book, we deliver your RV to your chosen campground or property in our service area and complete the full setup—connecting water, electric, and waste systems. You simply arrive and enjoy your vacation. When your rental ends, we pick up the RV and handle breakdown.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your delivery date receive a full refund. If you cancel 7–13 days before delivery, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of delivery are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Do I need a special license to rent and drive an RV?
For Class C Motorhomes and Travel Trailers in Arizona, a standard driver’s license is sufficient—no CDL or special endorsement is required. However, you must be at least 25 years old and have a valid, clean driving record. We’ll verify your license and driving history at booking.
Can I take the RV out of Arizona?
Yes, you can take your rental into neighboring states like California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. Let us know your travel plans at booking so we can ensure you have the right insurance and support. Additional fees or restrictions may apply depending on your destination.

How does the generator work, and who pays for fuel?
All our RVs include a generator for when you’re not at full hookups. Generator use is permitted during standard hours, typically 7am–10pm, to respect other campers. You are responsible for fuel costs. We’ll show you how to operate it during setup.

Yes, extensions are available subject to availability. You must request an extension at least 48 hours before your original return date. Contact us as soon as you know you’d like to extend, and we’ll confirm availability and adjust your invoice.
